By accessing or using Janix.ai's services, including our hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and applications ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Services.

2. Description of Services

Janix.ai provides enterprise-grade AI infrastructure services, including:

• Hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers
• AI tool calling and function calling infrastructure
• Enterprise AI orchestration and management platforms
• API-to-MCP transformation services
• Database-to-MCP integration services
• Professional services and consulting

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update account information to keep it accurate
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

6. Service Availability and Support

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

Support is provided according to your service plan. Enterprise customers receive priority support with defined service level agreements.

7. Fees and Payment

Certain Services require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your service agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement.

We may change our fees with 30 days' notice to existing customers. Continued use of the Services after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Janix.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JANIX.AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL JANIX.AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Janix.ai from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
