One record per person, across every year.

Most event tools hand you an export per event. This is the record that survives the event and accumulates across all of them.

What the record actually holds.

One contact record joins ticket purchases, RSVPs, check-ins and email activity, and it belongs to your organization rather than to an event. Import an existing list with column mapping and a preview, carry your Mailchimp unsubscribes across so you never email somebody who already left, and merge the duplicates that different spellings of one address create.

There is no contact cap on any plan. Enrichment fills in job title, company and professional detail on Studio and Enterprise, in batches across a whole audience. Everything is exportable on every plan, deliberately.

The audience record — 13 capabilities
  • Unified contact record: purchases, RSVPs, check-ins, email
  • Unlimited contacts on every plan
  • CSV import with column mapping and preview
  • Mailchimp unsubscribe import
  • Contact enrichment (Studio and Enterprise)
  • Batch enrichment across an audience (Studio and Enterprise)
  • Tags applied in bulk, and filtering on them
  • Contact notes with history
  • Personas: named behavioural clusters and their members
  • Lapsed attender detection
  • Contact reconciliation for duplicates
  • Audience overview: size, growth, composition
  • Data isolation per organization

Send to a segment, then find out what it did.

Build segments from purchase history, tags, personas, geography and program, or start from a ready-made recipe. See how many people a segment reaches before you send, combine several segments into one audience with a merged count, and test two subject lines with the winner promoted.

Afterwards, tie ticket revenue back to the campaign that produced it, retry only the addresses that bounced, and read every email the platform sent with its state and statistics.

Segments, email and campaigns — 11 capabilities
  • Segment builder across history, tags, personas, geography, program
  • Segment templates
  • Live segment counts before you send
  • Compound audiences with a merged preview
  • Compose, preview, test-send and send
  • A/B subject lines with the winner promoted
  • Revenue attribution per campaign
  • Retry failed sends only
  • Delivery logs with state and statistics
  • Ticket-holder reminders before the event
  • Custom Audience export to Meta

Ask your own questions, then report on the answers.

Add your own questions to checkout in your own order, different sets per program, with a returning signed-in buyer seeing the answers they already gave. Build surveys, send them, collect responses from people who are not signed in by token, and attach a survey to a campaign to read feedback against it.

Then report on all of it: revenue by event and program and across all time, sold against checked-in against no-show, this year against last, first-timers against repeats, where your audience travels from, and the answers your own registration questions collected. Look up any individual and read their full history with you.

Forms, surveys and reporting — 13 capabilities
  • Custom registration fields, ordered, required or optional
  • Per-program field sets
  • Answer prefill for returning buyers
  • Surveys with templates and public token links
  • Post-event feedback attached to a campaign
  • Revenue reports by event, program and all time
  • Attendance: sold, checked in, no-show
  • Year-over-year comparison
  • New against returning attendees
  • Geographic and demographic reporting
  • Conference sales by pass and add-on tier
  • Composite dashboard: sales, audience, marketing
  • Patron search across a person's full history
