Built for organizations
that bring people together.
One platform for running the event and for building the audience that outlasts it. Here is what that looks like on a real event.

Fusebox Festival
From seventeen tools to one platform.
Fusebox programmed 114 events across Austin over five days and ran all of them on Janix — ticketing, comps, campaigns, sponsors and the door. Then it kept working the audience after the festival closed.

We publish a story once the customer has signed off on every number in it. This is the one that has.
On a real festival
What “running on Janix” actually means.
Not a pilot and not a single ticket page. Fusebox programmed 114 events at venues across Austin over five days, sold 5,667 tickets, and ran the box office, the door, the comps, the sponsor pipeline and the email campaigns on one system. Seventeen tools became one.
The parts that have to work when a line is out the door worked: pass logic across a five-day festival, holdbacks and comps while 5,667 tickets were selling, walk-up sales, and check-in that keeps admitting people when the venue wifi drops and sends the scans through when it returns.
Then the part that matters a year later. Every buyer and every check-in became a contact on the organization’s own record, not a row in an export from a tool nobody renews. The festival closed. The audience did not.
A note on this page
One story, on purpose.
Other organizations run events on Janix. You will not find them here, and you will not find them described in a way that would let you work out who they are. A customer story goes up when that customer has approved it in writing and every figure in it has been substantiated — not when it would be convenient for us.
That is a slower page to fill. It is also the only version of this page worth reading. If you want to talk to a reference before you buy, ask us on a call and we will arrange it with the customer’s permission.

for your organization.
Tell us how many events you run, what you are using now, and what you cannot answer today because the data sits in a dozen places. We will tell you straight whether Janix is the right fit.
