Your own domain
Your brand, all the way to the checkout.
Your event runs at your organization's own address, so nothing between the announcement and the receipt carries somebody else's name.
Running on your own domain is included with every published plan. We set it up with you and confirm it is working before it goes live. It is a short piece of work.
For what a branded event site looks like in practice, see how Fusebox Festival runs on Janix, or the festivals and conferences pages.
A real website, not a registration form.
- Your address, your brand. Your event lives on your own domain and your own branded page, so buyers never leave your brand to buy a ticket.
- A link they recognise, a charge they recognise. Buyers trust a link on your domain, and payments go to your Stripe account with your name on their card statement.
- Next year, the same address. Every share, mention and press link builds recognition for your domain, event after event.

Trust
A link they recognise, a charge they recognise.
Buyers have been trained to be careful with ticket links. A link on your own domain reads as official because it is: the name in the address is the name on the poster, in the email and in the ad they clicked.
The same holds at the other end. Payments run through Stripe Connect into your own Stripe account, so you are the merchant of record — your payouts, your rules. Your name appears on the card statement, your terms and your refund policy are the ones shown at checkout, and there is no unfamiliar company for a buyer to look up.
There is more on that on the payments page.
Continuity
Next year, the same address.
An event attracts attention. Press coverage, a sponsor's site, a partner newsletter, and every artist or speaker who announces they are appearing. When the event lives on your domain, the link they share carries your organization's name.
That is the part that compounds. One event does not look like much. After four, the address on the poster is one people already recognise, and every event you have run has added to it.
