Choose how you want to use Janix.

Power an event with Studio, or make Janix your organization's event and audience platform with Enterprise. The question is not which features you need — it is whether you are running an event or building something across many of them.

Janix Enterprise

For organizations running recurring programs, where the audience matters well beyond any single event.

Not sure which one you are? Most organizations start with a single event on Studio and move to Enterprise once the audience — not the event — becomes the thing they are managing.

Both give you the whole platform.

We do not hold features back to sell you the next tier up. Studio and Enterprise differ in scale and in the relationship — how many programs, how many teams, how much of the migration and support we take on — not in what the software will do for you.

Questions worth asking.

Does Janix offer transaction-based pricing?

Yes. Studio is $1,000 per month plus 3% of ticket sales, so part of what you pay tracks what the event actually earns. At organizational scale Enterprise replaces the take rate with terms negotiated for your program.

What does Enterprise include?

The platform, plus the parts that only matter at organizational scale: many events and programs feeding one persistent audience, multiple teams and brands under one account, organizational administration, and advanced segmentation across everything you run. It also includes the work of getting there — implementation, migrating the audience out of your current systems, and training your team — along with priority support and commercial terms negotiated for your program.

Can Studio customers move to Enterprise?

Yes, and it is the path we expect. Run one event on Studio, keep the audience it produces, add another event, and at some point what you are managing stops being an event and starts being an audience. That is the moment Enterprise makes sense. Nothing gets rebuilt when you move — the audience you have accumulated carries straight across.

How do ticketing fees work?

Janix’s platform fee applies to ticket revenue, at the rate set out in your agreement. Card processing is Stripe’s, not ours — 2.9% + 30¢ — and it is billed to you directly by Stripe, because you connect your own Stripe account and stay the merchant of record. Your payouts, your rules.
