On Janix Event Suite, Janix charges the license and nothing else. Card processing is Stripe's — 2.9% + 30¢ at standard rates — and Stripe bills you directly, because you connect your own Stripe account on every plan. We do not mark it up.

Questions worth asking.
What is the difference between Meeting, Portfolio and Enterprise?
All three run on the same platform. Meeting runs and monetizes your annual meeting, every other event you run that year is included, and it reports across all of them, returning and lapsed attendees too. Portfolio adds the Janix Event Marketing Engine, attendee networking for every event with no limit, a custom, fully branded conference website, audience segments and contact enrichment. The Janix Event Marketing Engine is an add-on to Meeting. Enterprise adds organizational administration, implementation and migration, a named contact, and terms negotiated for your organization.
Is there a percentage of ticket sales?
No. Janix Event Suite is an annual license. There is no percentage of ticket sales, no fee per registrant and no implementation fee, and registrations and events are not capped.
How do ticketing fees work?
Card processing is Stripe’s, not ours — 2.9% + 30¢ at standard rates — and Stripe bills you directly, because you connect your own Stripe account and stay the merchant of record. Janix does not mark it up and does not take a share of the ticket. Your payouts, your rules.
Why are there two rates?
Nonprofits pay a lower rate. The standard license starts at $24,000 a year, and a nonprofit license starts at $18,000. The software is the same. Tell us which you are when we talk, and we will quote the plan that fits.
What is attendee networking?
Attendee networking, named Janix Orbit, is your attendees' private event network. Only the people at the event are in it. Each attendee gets a profile they own, sees who else is there and what they have in common, and keeps their event connections after it ends. You see counts, never who met whom. It is included, with no limit, in Portfolio and Enterprise.
Can we move up later?
Yes. Nothing gets rebuilt when you move — the audience you have accumulated carries straight across, and so does every event already in the platform.
