Custom data migration
Wherever your data lives, we move it.
An honest answer depends on what you are coming from. Here is what comes across, where most organizations start, and how we help.
The worry
The list is the part you cannot lose.
Nobody stays on a platform for its ticketing screen. They stay because years of attendees live in the old system. A move has to protect that record first, and everything else second.
What comes across
Your people, and your program.
Bring your speakers across by CSV. Upload a member roster, and member rates are checked against it at checkout. Moving your existing attendee history is part of the Enterprise migration work below, and what it takes depends on where that history lives now.
From your first sale on Janix, every buyer becomes a contact on your organization's record, online or at the box office, with no import step. The record builds from there across every event you run.
Where to start
Run one event first.
The usual way in is to run one real event end to end, then decide. Moving up a plan later does not rebuild anything. It is the same platform underneath.
On Enterprise
We do the moving with you.
Janix Enterprise includes implementation, migration from your current tools, and training for the people who will run it. What moves, and how cleanly, depends on what you are coming from, so we start by looking at your actual setup.
And if you leave
Leaving is not harder than arriving.
The full contact record exports as CSV on every plan. The same rule that makes it safe to move in makes it safe to move on.
Bring your current setup.
The platform you are on, what it holds, and when your contract ends. Thirty minutes on what moving would take.
